One of our favorite Mushroom Soups, Maggie and Mary's Hungarian Mushroom Soup combines rich roasted beef base with premium Hungarian paprika, dill and other rich spices and is brimming with beautiful mushrooms. Just add water.
4 cups water
In kettle, combine soup base packet with 4 cups hot water, blending well with whisk.
Stir in mushrooms.
Simmer for 30 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Use this mix as a starting point for stroganoff.
Stir in sauteed onions and celery.
Add a splash of your favorite wine.
Toss in left over roast beef, or browned hamburger.
