Blueberry Pancakes for Mom

Ingredients

  • 1 egg

  • 3/4 cup whole milk or buttermilk

  • 1 cup Stonewall Kitchen Farmhouse Pancake & Waffle Mix (available at Weekends!)

  • 1 Tablespoon butter, melted

  • Blueberries

  • Stonewall Kitchen Maine Maple Syrup (available at Weekends!)

  • Additional toppings, optional: powdered sugar, pecans, chocolate sauce (get creative!)

Directions

  1. Beat egg and milk together. Add dry mix and blend well. Stir in 1 Tablespoon melted butter and mix thoroughly. Ladle onto 350 degree F griddle, top with blueberries and flip when air bubbles begin to pop. Turn once and cook until done. Repeat with remaining batter.

  2. Top finished pancakes with additional blueberries and syrup. Add other optional toppings: powdered sugar, pecans, sprinkles, whipped cream, ice cream, chocolate sauce and more!
